What Causes Frequent Nose Bleeds With Headaches?

i have had frequent nose bleeds along with headache over last 5 days and now today my heart feels weak and i am very tired. i took asprin last night but still a tightness around my heart. also have taken iron pills over last 5 days as well to see if that would help. please help me!

As an ENT specialist, I advise you to meet your doctor as soon as possible and get your nose and heart checked.

Please don't take aspirin medicine without consulting doctor as it has tendency to increase bleeding.
