General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* There can be various possible issues as disturbances at labyrinth, vestibules, cerebellum or other CNS areas which can give rise to frequent passing out, vomiting and dizziness.

* In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I recommend an MRI of the brain for further work up of line of action.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
