What Causes Frequent Pee With Pink Stains?

I feel the constant urge to pee even when I have just been , I also have a very uncomfortable feeling and very painful towards the end of peeing .. I have also been having pinkish stains when I wipe with little bits of blood on the paper that look like tiny clots . I have had it for about a week and half now .
