What Causes Frequent Recurrence Of Severe Stomach Pain?

My stomach pain has been coming in waves, Every few mins, a sharp almost cramp like pain would come four about 3seconds and then fade. After a horrible night, where the pain was at its peak, I now cant stand wiould feeling as if Im goign to vomit. This all started 7days ago.

* This is in relation to gastric or intestinal infection causing irritation of
mucosa of the bowel and giving severe pain with vomit sensation
* Need certain anti emetic , proton pump inhibitor and anti spasmodic
molecules with antibiotics in selected cases
