What Causes Frequent Sickness In Form Of Cold, Fever Or Sore Throats?

I am constantly getting sick. So far this year I have been sick 7 times. Sometimes Ill have a cold, and then 2-3 weeks later Ill get another cold again. Sicknesses range from sore throats to fever, to runny nose, to fatigue. I eat extremely healthy. Take a multi vitamin everyday. Exercise 4-5 days a week for 30-45 minutes a day. I wash my hands up to 10 times a day as well. What could it be?

Hi, can u please elaborate what are the symptoms of your sickness, if you are getting frequent bouts of sneezing, running nose, itching in your nose and throat then I suggest you to get an allergy test done...
