What Causes Frequent Urge For Bowel Movement And Bleeding After Periods?

Since yestuday ive not been able to stop going to the toilet for a number to. If i eat or drink anything it goes straight through me and ive started bleeding (had my period 2 weeks ago) is this something to worry about? Thank you

I am 35 years and weight about 11 stone.
