General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to UTI, anxiety, overactive bladder, obstruction of urinary tract.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine routine, microscopic test and USG scan if needed to confirm the cause.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet nitrozolium or septran DS
Tablet uromax
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry
Avoid caffeinated drink, alcohol and excessive sweet
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex/urination
Hope this may help you
