Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.
You have not mentioned your age in your query. You have urgency for micturition .This could be due to either Over Active Bladder syndrome .Since your scanning revealed significant post void residue of 6o ml possibility of Enlarged prostate or Bladder neck obstruction has to be ruled out .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination to find out the cause of Post void residue.

He may advise you to undergo endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) to find out the cause of your problem.

In the mean while take medication Tmsulosin and Darifenacin once daily to improve urine flow and reduce urge to pass urine.
