What Causes Frequent Urge To Urinate?

This started 2 night ago. I empty my bladder and feel the slightest urge that I may have a trickle left. So I relax my body and the last bit is expelled. But the urge doesn t go away. I have this pressure on my clitoris as if I still have a trickle to dispense. It s not painful, more uncomfortable than anything. And annoying. I have to completely relax my body, sometimes even holding my breathe just to release a tiny stream. I get up and immediately feel the urge to go again. What could this be?
