What Causes Frequent Urinating Sensation?

Hi. I m a fifteen year-old male, and I was wondering: I ve been having the tickling feeling of having to urinate all day, but when I go to urinate it only comes out as a trickle. Then I noticed it was slightly pinkish-red, just barley noticeable . I m worried, is something wrong?

We have to rule out UTI
I would have asked for urine routine examination and advised you to drink plenty of water and drink cranberry juice
Need of antibiotic can be decided based on investigation report.
