What Causes Frequent Urination Along With Nausea And Lower Backache?
hello, so for the past few months iv been feel very yucky, i thought i was pregnant because i was over 3 weeks late and then had a blood HCG test done and it came back neg. i finally got my period! well im still having alot of peeing and some disconfort in my lower left side of abdumin, lower back pain and nausia! now for the past 2 weeks or so, ive been so tired and weak. and getting very dizzy and light headed!

I think your discomfort doesn't come from an UTI. Your doctor should check your uterus and ovaries. Maybe ovarian cysts cause these symptoms.
