What Causes Frequent Urination And Blood In Urine After Sexual Arousal?

3 small white dots inside urethra opening a week ago. Painless, Non blisters. Were gone the next day and were reddish pinkish the eventually no sots but some redness. Couldn t tell if i had itching or burning while urinating as it was very feint but i still feel something. Went to clinic and had a full std scan and antibiotic for chlamydia symptoms. No test results yet. No redness. Frequent urination (been chugging water and cranberry juice in case uti), Bloody urine and clots passed after any sexual arousal. Lots of blood if I orgasm. Taking saw palmetto in case its a prostate issue. All other times my urine is clear/hint of yellow. Smells mostly normal

It`s diagnosis of bacterial urethritis with prostatitis.
Freq. urination and blood i urine after sexual arousal are from Couper`s glands secretions.
*Maintain hydration by taking plenty of liquids, boiled water, coconut water,
tea , coffee, juices.
*Continue your current medications.
*Urine C/S report with Total WBC counts advisable. for definite
management.
