What Causes Frequent Urination And Bowel Movements In Children?

Hey, I have a three year old son who, in the past 4 days (i am writing it all down, has had to urinate more frequently than normal. He is going to the potty at least 10 times a day and each time, he is peeing in volumes. He is not drinking any more than normal and he says he has no pain when peeing. What should I do

Dear parent , I understand your concerns but these symptoms could be due to a urinary tract infection or due to diabetes. I recommend that you get a urine analysis done to detect any urinary tract infection present and a blood test for his blood sugar level to exclude the possibility of diabetes
