What Causes Frequent Urination And Burning While Urinating?

Good day just carried out a urine analysis and the Doctor told me pus cells common to women is found in the urine but that the urine culture is clean. I m a man and I ve been having frequent urination with burning after the urination. The doctor gave me ciprotab to use for 5 days. Pls can u educate me better on this

Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing are those of a UTI no matter if you are a man or woman the infection affects both.
The uroculture come out negative since you were using antibiotics when you did it.
Take a complete course of ciprofloxacin and then repeat analysis five days after finishing it.
