What Causes Frequent Urination And Foul Smell In Urine?

Sir, I have been fancing problem in frequency infrequent urination from last two yrs. I have no pain or burning at all. I have consulted many urologist but diagnosis have not been found. All test came normal. I doubt I have an over active bladder. What should I do......and how do I recognise my disease. Beside there is a foul smell in my urine and I feel uncomfortable with my testicles inner thigh.

Thanks for posting the query,

This could be due to urinary tract infection .
I would suggest you to get a urinary examination, also get your blood sugar level estimated.
At home take plenty of fluids rich in vitamin C.
