What Causes Frequent Urination And Itching In Urethra?

I am experiencing a slight itch in my uretha and while urinating I have two streams. No burning or discharge. Urinating more often then normal. Just curious to what it may be. Last time I had sex a lubricant was used. Sex was unprotected but I nor my partner have had a history of any sort of stds. That s not something that s done often if ever that being the lube. It was a day or two after that I noticed these symptoms.

Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you have posted itching and spraying of urine stream that you have is due to inflammation of terminal portion of urethra due to allergic reaction either to chemical used in condom as a lubricant or to the vaginal secretions of your partner.

get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
