What Causes Frequent Urination And Pain On The Right Side?

hi for the past three days i have been having trouble with my urge to urinate and the amount of times i do urintate.today ive been havinjg pain on my right side which does not feel right. I also have been having pink discharge as if i were about to start my cycle for the past three days. i dont believe im having my menstrual cycle for a second time this month can you please help me
