hi, i i had been experiencing symptoms such as going to the bathroom frequently, and i sometimes slimy discharge white urine on my underwear. And sometimes when i go to the bathroom.. i feel like i have to go but not alot comes out or nothing at all. Ande when I wipe my bum, its slimy

Hi welcome to health care magic.....

In your case following work up needed ......
-Per rectal examination (for male patient , gender not mentioned in question )
-USG
-Blood sugar estimation to rule out diabetis
-water deprivation test and urine examination for rule out diabetis insipidus
-urine routine microscopic examination for rule out UTI

These work will rule out prostate enlargement , cystitis , UTI , diabetis if present .....

According to cause management done

If needed urodynamic study can be done ...
