What Causes Frequent Urination And Twinge In The Lower Back?

I just turned 77 and am on Finasteride and Tamulosin for urinary problems. Have been for over a year. Now suddenly I have began to have to get up at least twice a night to urinate. I have an occasional twinge in my lower left back area. Do I need to make an appointment with my PAC?
