What Causes Frequent Urination, Back Pain And Nausea?

Hi. I m a 19 year old female. I constantly have the urge to pee, almost always tired and I ve been having a lot of lower back pain, nausea alot, and I m just having a lot more bowel movements than usual.. My period is suppose to start in 5 days and I m not on birth control so I don t know if it has to do with my period or what.. Anything will help as I can t get into the doctors, almost always packed. Thank you!

Hi, I think you are having a urine infection. But if your periods delay, do a urine pregnancy test at home to confirm that you are pregnant or not. Get your urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink plenty of water and take some alkaliser. You may need antibiotics. Hope I have answered your question.
