What Causes Frequent Urination, Bowel Movements And Headaches?

I've had to pee a lot more and I've been having bowel movements more then two times a day sometimes, I have these headaches that are kinda bad but usually only in one place, and I've been way exhausted and have a hard time getting up on the morning .. ? What's goin on ? Anything ?

Usually constopation causes such probkems. Drink sufficient water, fibre rich diet, regular exercise and laxative should help.
