What Causes Frequent Urination & Stoppage In Defecation?

i pee at lest 20 to 25 times a day i have to get up at lest 4 to 6 time every night to go pee, i have not pooped for 3 to 4 days now and my side hurts and it hurts to site down, what should i do? i do not have heath care and don t now if i need to get med. help please help me.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.

I also suggest using a laxative such as Miralax to help with constipation.

I recommend to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.
