What Causes Frequent Urination While Having Sexual Thoughts?
hello doctor,sexual activity is causing me frequent urination....eg.thinking erotic for long time while masturbation but not yet ejaculated cause urge to urinate and n i urinate voluntarily...i hav control over urination....hav no disease.......do this occur with others also...what is the link between sexual thought and urination....;age 27 male,masturbation frequency=1/day all life,but as age increase rate decrease,since last 1-2 yrs rate=4-5/week...thank you.

As per my clinical experience, there are possible reasons as
-Partially full bladder during the sex thoughts or actions.
- Psychological.
- Prostate or epididymis infection in some cases.
