What Causes Frequent Urination While On Triazolam?

i have been taking triazolam to help me sleep for years, but i have been trying to stop. Are there any safer over the counter medications i could try? I find that with most I wake up Three to four times a night to urinate, while i sleep more soundly with even a half of a .25 mg dose of triazolam

Respected user, hi Triazolam has side effect of producing turbid urine,
decrease in frequency of urination , decrease in urine volume, dribbling
* So your frequent urination is not related to Triazolam consumption , it
needs work up in form of clinical evaluations , supportive parameters as
Ultrasound Abdomen , Pelvis , Prostate ; Uroflowmetry ; Diabetes
* For stopping it any molecule I strongly recommend under medical
supervision not OTC level
