What Causes Frequent Urination With A History Of Prostrate Cancer?
Hi
I am age 701, height about 6 feet and I have a history of prostate cancer , which is being treated. My PSA is about 10.0., but stll in the prostate
What I do notice is that I take the regular 8 glasses of water a day, by when I do, 2- 3 hours after each intake , i have to urinnate and probablly more than i put in , which leads to my taking more water what can I do about this condition. Everytthing else is fine - medically
Thanks for your question on HCM. Since you are having prostatic cancer, for your symptoms, I can think of 2 possibilities. 1. Urine infection 2. Local recurrence of prostate cancer. Both these conditions can cause increased frequency of urination. So I advice you to get done 1. Urine microscopic examination 2. Ultrasound examination of prostate. So consult your doctor and discuss all these. You may need antibiotic therapy for infection. And chemotherapy if local recurrence is found.
