What Causes Frequent Urination With A White Discharge From The Penis?

Hi. I m a 14 year old male living in Gloucester, Massachusetts. All day today I ve needed to pee, but everytime I go I can t go very much and it burns. Also, everytime I go into the bathroom to go I notice a kinda crust on the head of my penis where this off white colored discharge has dribbled out and crusted. Its not semen, and it also burns slightly. Is this a urinary tract infection? Should I talk to my mom and go to the doctor, or will this just go away? Thanks for your help! :) PS: All I ve tried so far is drinking alot of water because I haven t had very much lately and I thought it might help. I m thinking about taking some Ibuprofen, but I m not sure.

Hello,

* These are signs of urinary tract infection.
* It would be best about informing parents and get help from your family doc to get prescription of antibiotics and other supportive medicines.
* Till you do the same, following are the primary steps at home to get better early

- continue to drink more liquids
- use cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water daily
- take citrus fruits with vitamin c as lemons, oranges etc
- avoid spices intake in food
- keep the penis clean after retracting the foreskin back when bathing with antiseptic soap
- avoid sexual intercourse ( if involved ).
