What Causes Frequent Urination With Bloats & Gas Trouble Suggest?

Hi there. I am 24 almost 25 and have been having some strange cramp like symptoms along with needing to go pee alot, and major gas. My husband and I had a misscarriage in March no DnC nothing just sent us on our way. I just wanted to see if you had any suggestions. I had not really been drinking alot of water more pop (Not good I know) and not really eating right or exercising. I know once again not good. Do you have any suggestions on what this could be? Bloated feeling, little abdomanal pain, frequent urge to go pee, and major gas both ends.

Hello,

It is a urinary tract infection with a gastric upset from various issues. Primary guidelines for a better outcome
- Drink more liquids.
- Dietary measures to be followed strictly to avoid spices, dairy fat,
cholesterol-containing stuff.
- Intake of PPI as omeprazole, prokinetic agents, probiotics will support.
- Take urine microscopy and ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for further management guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
