What Causes Frequent Urination With Blood Tissue Discharge?

im having pressure and feeling severe urgency to urinate, when i go i can only go a little and immediately after it feels like i have to go really bad and the pressure is very intese like something is going to burst. the last time i urinated i felt this pressure then a quick rush of urine when i got up there was a small bloody tissue in the toilet. i am also experiencing abdominal and lower back cramping. i dont know if it is relative but 2 days ago i treated myself for a yeast infection with an over the counter insert...
