What Causes Frequent Urination With Burning Sensation?

Hi, I m 19 years old and a type 1 diabetic. Lately I ve been experiencing frequent urination, a burning sensation between urination, (not whilst i actually urinate), infrequent diahrrea, and passing gas quite a lot. What do you think the diagnosis could be?

You have problem of frequent urination and burning sensation in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection.

You gave diabetes problem more chanses of infection is more.
Bladder infection may cause frequent urination and burning pain.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for diagnose.
Consent a nephrologist for furthet diagnosis.
