What Causes Frequent Urination With Headache?

I have a problem of frequent urination in small volumes with little irritation . In the night i m not able to sleep properly because of this. Some times i even feel headache in the mornining and it gets worse during the day. Kindly let me know the reason and the possible demedy for the problem

There are two possibilities
1 is UTI -- urine routine examination.
2 BPH -- digital rectal examination.
