What Causes Frequent Urination With Perennial Pain And Discomfort?
i have had trouble urinating in the past, i am a male by the way, it was a few years ago i had what was thought to be prostate problems where i had frequent urge to urinate and perinial pain and discomfort. I had many tests including an endoscopy which ruled out any urinary obsturction or infections. I was given antibiotics, which didnt really help. The problem gradually went away, i.e the symptoms subsided. Although I dont have discomfort i still to this day wake up in the night to pee, sometimes more than once. Also a problem that is really worrying me is that when I used to have sex i could control my orgasm and climaxing a lot easier than i now can, i frequently have to stop and restart sex to make it last long whereas before i was able to last long without thinking about it. Im 24 years old and just wonder if all of this is related to the undiagnosed problem I had 4 years ago?
The issue sounds in relation with the alteration in the perineal muscle strength alteration which is affecting frequent urination by defective control of internal urethral sphincter (via start and stop technique during sex and the same must be evaluated with the MRI of the pelvis ahead).
