What Causes Frequent Urination?

I have eaten healthy for a year or two now, and I used to stay very hydrated, but now I find I cannot due to frequent urination. I eat upwards of ten servings of vegetables each day and fruit as well. Could this be why I urinate so much? It is stressing me out.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You should go for urine routine and microscopic test. You may have urinary tract infection. If you are male then you should go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is very common in old male and it is most common cause of frequent urination. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
