What Causes Frequent Urination?

I am a 38 year old male. For the last month i have been dealing with a definite increase in urination frequency. Sometimes as much as once every hour. The urge to go gets so strong there are times i feel like i might not make it to the restroom. When i do go i only produce about a cup of urine witch is less than i have produced in the past. No pain or burning other than the discomfort of a full bladder
