Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like UTI, visit ER get Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done. Drink plenty of water, take care of your hygiene, avoid sex for few days if you are sexually active. Avoid use of public washrooms/toilets. Take Septran/Bactrim or Norfloxacin whatever is indicated in the C/S culture. Taking Alkacitron in a cup of water three times a day also works well. Minor UTI if neglected sometimes lead to serious infection or kidney problems, get examined & treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* So far as symptoms narrated here, there is possible acute urinary infection at present. Though chronic dysuria can be part of long term usage of other medicines as fertility drugs.

* I recommend to undertake a urine microscopy for antibiotic assistance with your doc, maintain hydration till that period with plenty of liquids by mouth.

Hope I have answered your query.
