What Causes Frequent Urination?

Respectable Doctor, I am a 42 years old unmarried male. There is strong smell in my urine for the past 3-4 years. Occasionally I faced minor irritation and small lesion in foreskin. I rinsed penis only with hot water. For the last one month I am facing frequent urination, feeling pain during urination. Seldom hematuria occur during urination. Please advise what to do? Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.

I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms.
