Hello,

I can recommend you to do an urine analysis and uroculture. There is a possibility of you having urinary tract infection which is causing these symptoms.
If everything comes out clear you may also need to do an ultrasound and x-ray of sacral spine. Possibly nerve suppression may be causing incontinence.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
