I am a 51 year old female who over the past couple of months have suddenly had the urge to want to pass water every couple of hours both during the day and also during the night. I have been to my gp who has ruled out diabites and urinary infections. I have recently after a 12 year gap got into a perminant sexual relationship and also find that at night my body temperature gets to a rediculous height. I dont know if this is relivant but I am worried. Have you any ideas what could be causing this
In absence of diabetes and urinary infection it can be due to calculus in ureter or bladder, prolapse of the urinary bladder, urethral stricture, and others. Recommended to undergo ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, uroflowmetry, diagnostic cystoscopy and further accordingly to the clinician choice.
