Hi,
Urinary frequency at this age with clear urine could be due to
1. diabetes mellitus.
2. diabetes insipidus

If the urine is clear you need to rule out diabetes mellitus. HbA1C values or fasting blood sugar can help you with confirmation.

If you passing more than 3 liters and diabetic mellitus comes negative, get urine specific gravity tested along with anti-diuretic hormone levels for confirmation of diabetes insipidus.

As your urine is clear, possibility of urinary tract infections is ruled out.

Drink plenty of fluids to avoid getting dehydrated. Get the tests done at the earliest.

Any further queries, happy to help you again.
