What Causes Frequent Vomiting, stomach Cramps And Slightly Dark Urine?

Hi since Thursday i have been throwing up at least once a day about 2-4 hours after i eat, the only thing i can handle at times on my stomach is really cold water. From the moment i wake up till i go to sleep i have cramping in my stomach and Since this time my Urine has change into a orange color and i have also started to get a pain in my left side. Is this food poisoning? Should i go to the doctor?

Hi,

No, it may not be the food poisoning but it seems to be dyspepsia and food could be the reason for this.

Most of the time, this condition is associated with hyperacidity and on a tentative basis, Tab. Omeprazole with Domperidone can be tried but it may not be the food poisoning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
