What Causes Fullness In Stomach Quickly While Eating?

I am 53 years old and have Crohns disease which has been under control. I just had a colonoscopy in September. About 1 week ago I felt a burning severe pain that went through to my back. It resolved after about 1.5 hours. Last night I started getting pressure in my chest around 7 pm and it has stayed with me most of the day today. At times when I belch it hurts. I also have a history of duodenal ulcer but am not taking anything for it currently. Should I try some Zantac 150mg and see if it resolves. I also feel full quickly when eating.

Dear- fullness in stomach while eating could be related of the type of food you are eating, a slow movement of the intestines and digestion, a pancreatic insufficiency with a low production of pancreatic enzymes that helps in digestion You can try Zantac 150mg twice a day to see if can control it, mostly if you have an underlying gastritis or a gastric ulcer again.
