What Causes Fulness In Ear And Dizziness After Tooth Extraction?

I had upper right wisdom tooth extracted and 2nd molar same side on Weds. Last night I noticed my ear feels full. Today I have dizziness. Is this normal? There is a small amount of root left in the socket from the 2nd molar, which was hard to remove and the wisdom tooth came out easy.

As per your complain dizziness and fullness in ear does not seems to be due to tooth extraction but can be due to conditions like inner ear infection, eustachian tube dysfunction, Meniere's disease, etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..

As the root piece of second molar is left over in the socket it will be better if you get it removed as it can lead to recurring infection in future..
