What Causes Gargling Noise In Stomach Before Eating?

hi i have been having weird stomach gargling noises for the past week, it can happen at any time before i eat after i eat hours after i eat any time of the day. can someone please explain why this is happening? i never have had frequent stomach noises like this, usually only before i eat. i am a teen and have a decent diet, i exercise and play sports

The sounds you hear are called borborgymi and are usually normal.

The stomach and intestines keep moving. They try to keep the contents mobile.
When you are hungry, or just had a meal, the intestines move, first in anticipation of food and then to make the contents actually move.

So these are normal activities and the sounds need not cause any alarm.
