What Causes Gas And Smelly Burps In 11 Months Old?

Hello, my breast fed 11 month old has been having gas and burps constantly. We have been feeding her a wide range of foods including sweet potatoe, peas, goats milk yogurt, ground turkey cooked with coconut oil, egg yolks cooked, apples, pears, pasta. What could be causing these smelly burps? Is this normal? Could there be a problem with her digestion and do we need to give her probiotics?

Dear-thanks for using our service and understand your concern.Your baby is having gas from the food that is eating. You might need to try to cut in the amount of food, avoid milk or dairy products to see if will help to have a lot of gas. I wouldn't give any probiotics without consulting with the pediatrician. If the changes in the food don't help , then bring him/her to the pediatrician for further evaluation. Another possibility is gastroesophageal reflux.
I hope that my advisse has been helpful
