What Causes Gas Formation With Body Aches?

Last three days plus - stomach gas (just shy of pianful but still uncomfortable), intermeiitent strong headaches (more offtenn than not), consitstent low level headaches, body aches, seemingly no fever, no real chills, 58 yo male normally in good health. Symptoms show no sign of abating.
