What Causes Gas Like Pain In Stomach And Frequent Painful Stools?

I am having gas like severe pain in my stomach along with frequent stools accompanied with more pain. There is a lot of bloating as well. This has been the case for past 3 days. Have a controlled diet and eating only home cooked non fatty and min spice food

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia (Indigestion) if this so then care need to be taken for diet, try to have very light diet without much spice and oil or fat, in couple days it will be fine, else it is nothing to worry, for the pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried if needed else it could be self limiting too hope this information helps.
