What Causes Gastric Pain Beneath The Neck And Blood In Stool?
i been having pain feel like gas go from my neck to right side of the back started 8/14/2017 on 8/22/2017 got home from work had a bowl movement all i see is blood went twice went to bed back pain let up alot got up this morning two more bowl movement but not as much blood like the more i go the less it is i feel normal .what can this be
Gas pain usually occurs in the stomach. If you have acid reflux, then there is a pain at center of the chest probably will not radiate to shoulder.
If diaphragm irritation or liver or gallbladder pathology, pain may radiate to right shoulder. Blood in stools may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure or fistulas or infection.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
