Hello,

Gas pain usually occurs in the stomach. If you have acid reflux, then there is a pain at center of the chest probably will not radiate to shoulder.

If diaphragm irritation or liver or gallbladder pathology, pain may radiate to right shoulder. Blood in stools may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure or fistulas or infection.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
