What Causes Gastritis Inspite Of Elevated Liver Enzymes?

hi doctor, i am 29 years old male. i am suffering from gastritis since 2 years. but day by day it is increasing and disturbing me a lot. since two months i am taking tab. omaz 20 mg bd as prescribed by the doctor. but its not reducing.. i did blood investigation like liver profile and lipid profile... the blood picture shows, sgpt 190, sgot 65, trigicerides 195, total cholesterol 202 and the remaining pictures are under limit... what treatment you are advicing me to take..? and what medicine and precautions i should take? lease help me with your valuable advice....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the confirmed case of gastritis then it can be managed or treat with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time and treatment needs to be continue for three to four time this is the right dose of condition of gastritis if this fails to responds then differential diagnosis need to be thought, till then try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy meal, coffee, alcohol, smoking, prior to sleep hope this information helps.
