Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

As per your history it seems to me that you are having gastric ulcer. The pain post to meals with nausea and vomiting are features of gastric ulcer.

You need to avoid spicy, oily, junk foods, also avoid late night meals, smoking and drinking too.

Take a course of proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole 40 mg empty stomach in morning once daily for at least two to three months.

Get an investigation done for h pylori infection also. Do a regular mild exercise and take fruits in your meals too.

Hope my answer will help you and visit us back if you have any questions further.

Regards
Dr Muzaffer Hussain Parray.
