What Causes Giddiness And Head Spinning In The Morning With Seizure?

I am a 46 years old women and i am suffering from focal seizer since 4 yrs and I am taking oxatol 300 and nexito forte daily . Today morning when I tried to get up from the bed I felt giddiness and I could not get up suddenly.I felt like my head is spinning . Afterwards I consult my family dr and she examined me and prescribe one tab verito . what is the reason for this sudden cause.
