What Causes Giddiness And Vertigo With Low BP At 7 Month Pregnancy?

My wife has 7 month old pregnancy.she complains about gidiness & vertigo . Her blood pressure is low. And she has been taking meals in short intervals.Please guide why she is feeling giddiness & vertigo although she has been taking iron tablets regularly.

pregnancy is a state were B.P IS towards lower side can cause giddiness and vertigo kindly make sure that she do not stand continuosly for work in between should sit or lie down in left lateral position will show improvement.
